How to extract attachments from Outlook 365 in multiple emails?

Since a few years, I've been using Microsoft 365 (Outlook 365) as a cloud-based email service. My Outlook 365 account contains a large number of attachments. I was seeking for a way to extract attachments from Outlook 365 because certain of the email attachments were critical for completing an engineering assignment. Following that, one of my pals recommended MacUncle Email Attachment Extractor, an automatic solution for Mac computers. Using the recommended software, I extracted attachments from all Office 365 emails in their original file extension. Is there a manual way to remove attachments from all Office 365 emails?
