OnePlus X locked Fastbootmode/bricked recovery/bricked system

As mentiont in the titel, my problem is that my OnePlus X is kind of bricked. Can't start system or Recovey, only Fastboot. Fasboot device is also recognised by my PC. Oem wasn't unlocked in Developer settings. If I try to start the system or recovery, only the oneplus logo appieres, but not with the text "fastboot". Nevertheless PC recognise Handy as fastboot device:

How it got Bricked:
1. had cm14 and twrp installed (worked normally as it shoud)
2. tried to get back to stock
3. downloadet OS.zip and Recovery.img from the officiel Onplus site
4. wiped system and data with twrp ( in recovery mode)
5. tried to install recovery.img and OS.zip in twrp ( twrp had no errors etc. with it)
6. rebooted ( got stuck at OnePlus logo appearing without anything else)

What i've tried already:

fastboot oem unlock ---> phone restarts as if I had tryed to start it normaly, oem ceeps staying locked
-fastboot flash recovery recovery.img ---> access denied caused by locked oem
-fastboot flash boot system.img ---> access denied caused by locked oem
-fastboot boot recovery.img ---> access denied caused by locked oem
-fastboot erase system/boot/recovery ---> acces denied cuased by locked oem
to reinstall drivers for the phone(successfully) ---> didn't changed anything
-tryed stock and custom recovery ---> didn't change anything
-tryed to hard brick the fastboot to rewrite the qualcome mainboard ---> didn't worked
-tryed adb commands ---> adb no device found
-tryed root kid for oneplus x ---> dosen't worked
