Nexus Prime: What will it be like?

Anything starting with Nexus makes me happy, so I was wondering if anyone had any info on the rumored Nexus Prime device. All I know is that it's going to have a GIANT screen.

I think their saying the next google phone may have a TI processor. Personally I really like nVidia and their Tegra Processors, but I've heard good things about TI too.
