How to sort channels by used date ?? sick of posting too the wrong channel

Hi

On whatsapp, I am talking to someone, later on, I pick back my phone, go back to whatsapp, pick the top channel by mistake everytime and reply to someone else

it happens like a zillion times a week

how can I make sure the channels are sorted with the last one used on top

(strange I never had this problem for years, must have been an update or something)
