UPDATE FROM NOWHERE

So yesterday i rooted my phone , and installed some xposed modules made it look a little better, and that s all. Today after using it for a little bit. I put it to charge and when i wanted to turn it on it wouldn't so i opened it in its stock recovery mode , or however it is named, and no option was available , i couldn't get out of it so i just waited a little bit , THEN it started updating itself , from nowhere i have no update , there are no updates for my phone because the manufacturers forgot about it , so now it is "installing the system update" and i have no idea what to do , is my phone going crazy ,??? if it matters i have a cosmote smart xceed (romanian brand) and i really hope i will not lose all my data.PLEASE HELP .
