Ainol Novo7, which stands out from the other tablets for its android 3.2 OS and at the price of only $135. It uses the Ingenic JZ4770 processor, which is based on XBurst from MIPS instead of the common ARM, but its efficiency is equivalent to ARM at the same frequency. In other words, its performance is similar to Cortex 1GHz.
