Can android emulator (VM + android) be seen as mobile phone?

Hello, fellow researchers

I'm trying to find a way to be seen as an actual mobile phone throuh VM + android install on PC.

I've heard using xprivacy pro, through rooting android OC on VM + adding mobile socks can do the trick, but trying it for myself, i couldn't get any luck, still seen as an emulator...

Anyone have any experience in this?

I think the Android emulator requires a SIM card number, which makes it possible to simulate a phone call (or send a message) to Android Emulator.
I have gone through one of the best solutions for an android emulators which you should try, the best explanation is with images and video.
