All of a sudden my Huawei Mate8 does not show any sound/ringtone like it normally does when I receive any incoming message. Can anyone out there help me?

Settings - Notification & status bar - Notifications management - Messaging,
Enable 'Allow notifications' and 'Ringtone', please.
I will post a screenshot of settings just if you need further help.
