Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 — Problems with screen overlay

Skype recently updated to latest version. Can't make calls or video . Says it's screen overlay problems. Have tried all solutions including this site with no luck. Have Samsung a3 2016.Hope you guys can help very frustrating.

Hi. Did you find a solution for this? Screen overlay has destroyed my use of my phone with all apps and I can't find a way, even using other advice to switch it off. It is driving me mad!

No it is driving me crazy here too. I've tried recommended solutions but I still can't use phone or video on apps. There is obviously one app causing the problem.If you find solution please let me know.
