hello everyone,
recently I installed whatsapp on my device.
All the applications run without problem, but I can't listen the vocal messages in whatsapp: each time I tap on the PLAY "triangle" the screen turn off and the volume turn very down so I must put the telephone near my ear to be able to listen the message. Then once finished playing the message the screen automatically turn on again.
All the others whatsapp features running without problems but actually I can't be able to listen the vocal messages in full audio volume and with the screen turned on.
Is there someone who knows how to fix this problem and who can help me?
