I cannot set up other email account besides Gmail android Yahoo

Hi,

Who can help me to set up my organization email (office@voxcivica.ro ) on Samsung galaxy tab 4, 10.1.
In Outlook I can set up it (the server is mail.voxcivica.ro) and it realy work. Also, in Windows 8.1 it work.
I tried all tricks without results.
Please, help me !
