Optimus F3 activation not working in 78645

Hello,

I have a new Optimus F3 (ignore my regististration picture becuase no F3) .

I have gmail two factor and captcha turned on but the keeps claiming "no network".
I live in Lago Vista, TX 78645.

I have tried gmail support, virgin has just been mailed but nothing so far....

HELP!
