I've been using Mugen for quite a long time now on my A8181 and figured I would suggest it to users here.
Great, not cheap but definitely a worthwhile battery:

I had to go through heaven and hell with trying to correctly calibrate my extended batts so if you have any questions, lemme know...I'll walk you through this.
