Problem

Hi Guys, I wonder if anyone can advise me on these problems. I have two Samsung S7 Edge phones, one has a slight crack bottom right corner to the home button but still works fine, the other was a brand new one I bought. I want to give the one with the cracked screen to a friend but to do this I need to clean the phone of contacts in my list plus other apps like whatsapp etc. I want to leave my music from Amazon and iTunes on it. I believe that when resetting to factory mode you must log in to Google to do this and lose all of the contacts, music etc. Is there a workaround to put the music back on the phone and leave the contacts, email, whatsapp off the phone, without using Google.
Any help will be very much appreciated.
