Hi,

I just purchased an app from AndroidPIT and I can' t install it on my Fire 8.9 HD. I''ve turned off blocking of unknown software but I don' t get an option to download the app center. Any help is appreciated.

According to me amazon left in the selection for holders to permit installation of apps from unidentified sources- meaning non-Amazon sources. This is a very normal Android feature (which would be foreign to Apple owners). However, Noble deactivated or hid that option, so Niche tablet owners can't use it, a distinction among Kindle Fire and Niche tablets that several don't know but a significant one.

Hi jossicampos,

If you can't install the AndroidPIT app v 2.0 from Google Play, try installing our App Center app from our website at www.androidpit.com/install and download it from there.

Let me know if this helps.
