That is very hard to say. There is no exhaustive list for the games which are best optimized for a certain device. Almost every Android device released had different specs than the one before it. Because of this, almost every device released has a different performance level. Your device has about mid-level performance. With Android 2.2 you can likely install any game available on the Android Market, but only you can know whether it will perform good enough on your device.

Stay away from 3D games in general. You may want to try angry birds lite beta, which is Angry Birds, but designed to perform better on lower spec devices. Puzzle games and other 2D games will often run better than a 3D game. Racing games are very likely out of the question, but you can always give them a try.
