Option 1: Restore pictures from an existing backup
WhatsApp lets us take a backup on Google Drive.
1. If you have a backup stored in the cloud, then uninstall WhatsApp on your phone first.
2. Reinstall WhatsApp on your device.
3. Launch it, and make sure you enter the same phone number while performing its setup. Also, the device should be linked to the same Google account where your backup is stored.
4. The application will automatically detect the existing backup and would let you restore your data on the app.
Option 2: Haven't backed up ? Use a Recovery Tool
If you haven't backed them up, then you can use a special Android data recovery tool, such as MobiKin Docor for Android, it will help detect your photo and extract them.
