Restoring backup made from different number to new number.

I lost my SIM with the number and I can't get that back. I have a WhatsApp backup in Google Drive, I registered with that number but I can't restore my backup since Google won't restore a backup if it's a different number, how can I fix this or make whatsapp to transfer my old back up messages and contacts to my new number?

To go talk to your phone company to see if your can recover that old number. It will only restore to a Whatsapp "account" that is linked to the same phone number as that which backed it up.
