Hello,
I have a Samsung Galaxy A3 2016, and Whatsapp 2.19.308. I would like to prevent Whatsapp from showing who is calling on my lock screen. I have tried to turn off notifications and content shown on lock screen, see the screen shot attached, but it does not work.
Do you know how to fix this?

Make sure that you have upgraded the system software of your Samsung Galaxy A3 2016 to the latest edition. In addition, update your Whatsapp to at least V2.20.28. Then check whether your setting about notifications will work. Good luck to you.
