Torrents are perfectly legal. What is not so legal is downloading copyright protected material. Anyway there are plenty of sites (the pirate bay maybe or yts ) and loads of apps.

simply put, members won't help you get torrent files but you can read up on how p2p works and get the required files and apps to begin with. some might be available on google play store.

I use Fluid, no problem. I also installed uTorrent, but I didn't like it at all. Flud sometimes crashes, but I think it's a problem with my smartphone.
