Can't find "network restrictions" in Android 9.0 pie

Hi
I've upgraded my phone (new phone has Android 9) but can't seem to find where you can restrict an individual WiFi network.
Previously (8.1.0) I went to network and internet\data usage\Network Restrictions ; then chose  metered networks.  I've tried everything but can't seem to find this setting.

As far as I know, the network restriction setting (or data plan) is just for mobile data, not for WiFi network.  Isn't it?

Yeah I know what you mean for Android 9, it seems to only let you restrict whole mobile networks or specific apps.  I've attached a screenshot of my old phone where the setting was in previous versions of Android.  I think they've removed the feature so I might be out of luck.  There might be an app I could use.![image][1]!

Okay, I see now. 
The feature of network restrictions to WiFi data usage should be exclusive for your old device in previous versions of Android. 
You may contact the manufacture to check whether it have removed the feature in the latest version. Good luck to you.
