My J3 turns off and then try to turn on and keeps this up until hooked back to charger. It does this with plenty of battery and I can't even turn it off when this happens so when I'm away from the house and it happens in just screwed. Please help!

Seems to be a software problem. All you have to do is hard reset.

You may have to put it beside, after a few days, see if it works normally. If you still can't use it after a few days, maybe it's your Samsung system problem, you need ask for one tool to repair Samsung system-Eelphone Android Repair. Select your Samsung exact model and then go to download Mode to download firmware to repair your Samsung phone.

Try running an antivirus scanner to check for any viruses.
