I like the Samsung 10.1" Galaxy Tab A T580. You can get with or with out the S Pen it is currently about $250 to $300 depending on which you chose. I have one of each I prefer the pen model

Hey Malis01, recently I have bought Samsung Galaxy s7 Tab for my nephew for study from home which comes with 6 GB RAM and 128 Memory which is complete enough for storing study materials.

The design of the tab is awesome and the operating system Android makes works easy for children.
