This has appeared on my tablet, kitkat android , i am unable to get onto remove the app as it also has a password. I have tried to restart reboot but it still same, I tried to hold volume buttons to go into safe mode but it doesnt work. How can i reset it please? I am wanting to give to someone but this appeared so not useable for the young person
