I'm having a very strange and specific problem with Whatsapp for which I haven't been able to find a solution anywhere on the internet. I use Whatsapp with my American phone number and am able to connect to people all over the world just fine. However, I can't seem to connect with my Australian cousin. My messages send, but are never delivered. We've tried everything--double checked the numbers, both deleted and re-added each other's phone numbers, both uninstalled and reinstalled Whatsapp. Sometimes we can get it to work for a few minutes when we're sitting right next to each other but never permanently. I even tried making a group but when I try to add her, I get a never-ending loading sign.
This hasn't happened to me with anyone else, but my cousin says she has this problem with one other person so we assume the problem is on her end. Any idea what could be wrong with her phone/carrier/settings?
