Hey, I just bought an unlocked LG G5 (RS988). The amount of apps that come pre-loaded are low.. really low when compared to phones made for specific carriers. However, there are still some that I'd rather not have, most notable, the Facebook app. It's always seemed shifty to me, especially when it comes to the unprecedented amount of control (permissions) it wants over your phone.
Is there a way to delete the Facebook app, and other pre-loaded apps (in general), without having to root the phone? In the App Management setting I only have the options to Force Stop and Disable, not Uninstall. Disable just hides it from the App drawer, right? I'd like to fully trash the thing.
Thanks.
