I know this is probably a stupid question, but here goes it. Will disabling some apps help with my memory? Thank you to anyone for their help.

Yes but they do not affect the RAM. By disabling the apk it will be restored to default . Disabling apps doesn't mean deleting them it is just hidden from the apps.

I don'e know what trouble that you meet ? if you just misssing phone data , you can check your backup files , if the lost data has stored in the backup files , you can enter it to get back them

Sometimes you can clean your phone and delete the useless files. Download a manager or some program like that will be helpful.
