I have a galaxy s7 i don't know if this makes a difference but it was activated and my fiance shut off his account with sprint but things have changed and it has now been REACTIVATED! I have tried everything but can not fix this problem! (i worked for verizon tech. back when they were bell atlantic i still remember the name change party!) it doesnt matter if someone calls me or i call someone BUT i can hear them just fine unless im literally yelling into the phone the person on the other end can not hear me. Ive tried all the volume settings i even turned my media sound back on hoping it would help BUT NO! I'm hoping there is something else i can try...the bad part of this one is when my fiance shut off his sprint account not only did he get 2 etf's but he had to pay full price for both phones so he's blaming me for this problem PLEASE PLEASE any suggestions would help
