Mi account forget password

Hi all,
I'm here to get a suggestion to recover my Mi account. I have reseted my Mi Max mobile. I forgotten my password so I did the reset through "Where is my phone" option from Google. I tried to reset it from the settings and it asks for the password. Due to that I tried the Google trick.

But unfortunately, after resetting phone is asking for password to verify my mi cloud account. I tried contacting the customer care and their reply is to contact the service centre. I went to service centre and they are telling me to wait for 3 days. I have been trying to change the password from few weeks and there is no response to my account.

Other thing is there is no email connected to this account. But I can access the account because I connected once through Facebook. I tried to change the password and add email address to the account and I'm not getting any OTP from Mi server.

I'm helpless from the service centre or phone support. Need help.

I'm not able to use my phone more than a week.

Waiting for a reply to resolve this issue asap.
