Problem with Samsung Tab 3 screen

Hi I am Gustavo Woltmann from Panama, been having problem with my Samsung tab 3 that whenever I adjust the screen's brightness, the tab restarts. What can I do to solve it?

Have you tried Factory resetting? You could have a virus or some type of bug. My tab 3 never did this.

Maybe you can try to enter recover mode to solve your problem. If it still can't work, you may flash your device or carry it to the repair shop to get it fixed. Here is a guide you can boot Android phone into recovery mode.

Well i also has a problem with my Samsung galaxy s3, after that i contacted customer supportfor the particular reason. They resolve my problem.

Then i asked the reason for it, they told some technical problem in the mobile

Did you try a factory reset?

You can do this from the Android Recovery Menu (this will erase all your personal data!!!)

Press and hold both the "Volume Up" and "Power On" keys until you see the Android logo.

Use the "Volume Up" and "Volume Down" keys to navigate through the menu, and use "Power On" for OK.

Choose "wipe data / factory reset", then "yes erase all data," and finally - reset.
