Motorola Moto G (2014) — Cannot send pics via Messenger - get notice

I don't know if this is the correct forum.
It's been 3 days and I have 0 replies.
If not, PLEASE redirect.

I use Messenger with WiFi to my sister and a friend and could send pics, vids and smilies to both.
A couple weeks ago started getting notice (see attach) when sending to friend.
Messages to my sister remained unaffected - I can still send pic, vid and smilies - no problem.
