Motorola Moto G — Security Patch Update 10/2016

I received message that an update was available. I have tried to update but once it starts installing, I get the green android lying on his back with the red triangle and ! point in the center. Once I reboot it says it did not load that there was an error. I have read everything that I could find to try to fix the problem but still not resolved. Can anyone help please.

Does it mean that you should charge with cable while updating? Hope to help you.
