There is a good chance of hard bricking your device.Don't even think about ticking any box except "Auto Reboot" and "F. Reset Time".

NAND can only be marked for totally dead phone with no warranty.

Hi Sanjal,

Thanks for your reply.

But i thought that when i use .pit file while flashing it make partitions and after flashing official BL,AP,CP,CSC to my phone it restart some time and when going to "Recovey mode" it goes to first "Installing system updates"(~3 min) every time and then going to recovery menu.

Then i thought that it good to flash all memory and write office BL,AP,AP,CSC via odin.

is it good idea?

Is there any other way to solve this problem?

Please.

Thanks,
kevin

Don't use Pit file, just flash the firmware with odin.
The go to recovery and clear cache then data to remove any conflict with previous version

Try different version of odin for flashing
If same result then try with the PIT file.(you have to find the right pit file)
or
If your phone boot up again try firmware re-installing using kies
If you have checked all of these and they are OK then may be it looks like an emmc failure
