[Free] Image Gallery for Wikimedia Commons - Wikieye

Wikimedia Commons is the media repository used by projects such as Wikipedia, it is also used by photographers to share their work with free licenses. There is a lot of great content on there, but no Android app to view it in a neat way.

So I started Wikieye as a way to see the list of photographs or art in a category. Download the thumbnails for a quick preview in a list, and allow the user to tap on an image to zoom right into the full res details.

This first version only has a set of categories. I intend to keep working on this to allow for a wider selection of categories, bookmarking categories, etc.
