I am actually starting to learn android app development. Yesterday my college professor gave us a task to Develop an android application for communication between peers using google cloud messaging service. As i am an beginner, i really dont have any idea of how to develop something like chat appplication. I tried to search all over the web but its all confusing without proper guidance. Can you all please give me step by step things to learn,sample source code or tutorial links, that will be really helpful. thanks
