One Plus two is not starting after clicking the installation of new Oxygen update

I have got the notification of new update of oxygen in my One plus two. Then I downloaded it & clicked installed.I was using the earlier oxygen version. After clicking the installation,then it started rebooting, & now its been almost 20 hours, its rebooting again & again & optimizing the apps. But my phone is not starting. Please help me with your valuable advice.
