After resetting my Google Apps for Work password, i can no longer login to my Samsung Note 4 device. I got the following Error:
Couldn't sign in
To accee your account, you must sign in on the web. Touch next to start browser sign-in.
After click next, it gives me a Sign In window but white screen and it stays there forever. Can someone help why is this happening? Setting my personal Gmail is ok. I am using ADFS as 2nd authentication to Gmail.
I tried my Note 3 and works flawlessly. So it is not an account issue but something to do with the phone setting which I can't figure out.
