Whatsapp notificaions do not come through once the screen has shut down. Only when the screen is unlocked and whatsapp selected do all the messages get delivered. I have re-installed the latest phone (20.1.A.2.19) and whatsapp (2.12.338) software and have not restricted the background data. Under "Manage Notifications: the whatsapp has been ticked. Que background data is not ticked. What else can I try?
