Samsung Galaxy S5 — Cant Sign into google accounts/get into any app stores

i recently rooted my phone and ever since my play store wouldnt work, kept saying that i couldnt connect to internet connection. after searching for a solution on the internet i found nothing and tried factory resetting my phone, after this i couldnt even log into my google account on my phone to get into the play store please help very confused

Edit: I rerooted my phone and did something to try and fix it, i could log into my google account now but when im in the store its all grey and white, i cannot search anything or do anything just a blank, empty screen of the store.
