Samsung Galaxy Note 4 — Samsung Note4 SM-N910A Lollipop Update?

Hi Guys...

I have an unlocked Note 4 SM-N910A AT&T version.I know that this update is already available for this version. But I have not received Lollipop update yet. I also have to say that I live abroad an I do not use AT&T service, could it be the reason why I cannot use the update? Who can help me with my problem?

Why not go to your local store that sells the unlocked version of the Note 4 and see what version of Lollipop is installed on that phone. Then google that version, download it and install. If it crashes, you can always reset your phone to its original OS level.
