Good morning

I need help please!!! Can someone please tell me how to back up everything on my phone (S4) as I need to send me phone in for repairs.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

find option back up and restore in your device, this option can be available in setting.

Thank you. Please forgive the ignorance.. If my hard-drive is replaced will I be able to restore previous data like sms, wats app messages etc

Make backup in your internal memory then restore this would be better.

You can use AVg antivirus and make a backup with this anitviurs and i do the same:D

You can use Superbackup pro (trial version is also ok)... It takes a back up of all apps but not some because they require system permissions. You need to root your phone for all back ups to be taken.
