Samsuns s2plus extreme battery drain

I have a problem a recently bought Samsung S2plus and i have this problem while i'm using the phone it Blocks the screen and can't locked or do anything , i must remove the battery and Turn it On again .Also it blocks when it's on stand by (locked) and in both cases it drains the battery extremely in a minute about 20-30% . If someone could help i will be very grateful. Here is also a picture .

Well, that looks weird have your tried checking your device battery ?? I somewhere feel that you may be having a defective devices as you said that you have purchased it recently (thinking) I would say as its still in warranty better option will be heading out over to the nearest support talk with them about the problem of excessive battery drainage and malfunction you are seeing over your device.(lightbulb)
