I have a few error messages popping up when I turn on my next book
1.Android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly
2.unfortunately process com.google.process.gapps has stopped
the only option it gives me Is to force close then the box comes right back up. I have no time to hit the settings button, Ive tried 1000 times. I also tried the reset button in the back a few times and the same thing keeps happening.
any help?
Nicole

You need to factory reset your device
turn it off.
Hold the Volume UP button, then push power. Wait a few seconds and release both.

Hi Nicole
it's at least half an year I've had the same issue over and over again, I've gotten almost crazy, and when I remember propperly the only solution has been to go over settings/apps and totally uninstall the app google account and reinstall it later complete new.
But to walk the sure way, that issue has been described and solved within an earlyer thread. I suggest to try my tip, you cant fail. I wish success

regards Siggi (unsinkablesiggi) :-)
