HELP! I am Rooted, but i have an OTA update...

Will this Over the Air update harm my phone because its rooted, it is already downloading the update package....a im running my stock Touchwiz ROM..never touched bootloader, kernel etc...I forgot to mention i bought my phone from my carrier, wich my phone has some of its bloatware...

I just want to know why do i have the update if i am rooted...and will this brick my phone or something? Will it be succesful?

it depends on what exactly you did during the rooting process. This update will not brick your phone. OTA updates are safe. Some times it may remove root

ota will overwrite your rooted config

you can do your upgrade and after root again your phone
