Thanks for the reply, however, you are indicating that this is a free download... and YET it is asking me to buy the program before it can start doing it thing...

Hey, Igna Loots. If you video are stored in SD memory card, then just try free data recovery to get them back, so many freeware in Google.

Hey, Igna Loots. If you video are stored in SD memory card, then just try free data recovery to get them back, so many freeware in Google.

Can you please suggest what freeware that could work for my Samsung S4? Thanks!
