Hi guys can you help me out ?? i want to root my android device Lenovo a269i i already tried many rooting link but all of them is a failure . I also download superuser in google play but it needs su binary saying cannot download su binary. Help me please i really want to root my device so i can upgrade my android version . Also , when i click system update on the settings it says "your system is the latest version but its just android 2.3.6 gingerbread.

help me out guys any suggestion can be helpful . Thanks !!

Apparently framaroot works for your phone, you can find the details on this xda thread. If you've found a custom rom that's definitely made for your phone, you'll also need a custom recovery. I'd also recommend backing up your current (stock) rom as a few people have bricked the phone trying to flash something that wasn't made for it (see here)

Obviously framaroot performs great at your cellphone, you will discover the facts on xda line. If you've discovered a customized rom that's definitely created for your cellphone, you'll also need a customized restoration.
