Im a developer and Im looking for an account already created.
This account must be:
- older than one year
- from the United States of America
- has never had suspended applications
- all active applications will be disabled
If someone has an account that meets these conditions that is no longer useful to him and wants to sell it please leave me a pm.

Well, I don't think you are going to find anyone here who would agree to do so just for some $. I would say why don't you try creating your own Google Play developer account ??
