Samsung Galaxy S3 — Wifi connection issues with ITV Player, Google+, Google Play etc.

My device will connect to all the above on one wifi connection but (virgin cable) but not at home (sky broadband telephone). There is obviously some sort of conflict.
I've been reading about Jellybean 4.3 causing issues. Anyone got any ideas about how to fix this?

Please let us know what kind of phone/tablet you have. It's hard to make educated guesses as to what's gone wrong if we don't have that information, because every Android device is its own animal.

Additional info - all the above work on 3G which is what makes me think the issue is with the wifi.

Hi android 4.3 the update if done via o.t.a does have issues with the wifi samsung have stopped giving this update for the moment i tried it and my phone was useless via wifi keep losing signal and wifi becomes unstable device harware good dont worry about that downgrade to 4.2 or use custom rom kitikat 4.4.2 works perfect
