Here are some apps to check out if you are looking for a task manager!
Some many argue whether apps like this are even necessary, since the Android system is pretty good at managing this as well. But if you are tired of some of the built-in apps and would be able to control this, here are some apps to check out which aren't very aggressive and give some extra support:
What these apps do is basically stop the app once it has automatically started.
This last one has some great customizing features. Autostarts is too complicated for beginners.
