How can I tether my Evo 4G?

I'm wondering if all of the tethering apps work with 4G and 3G or are 3G only. I'm not sure if it requires additional programming. I know that the Evo already comes with "Internet Sharing," but does I can't figure out if it costs more per month to use this feature?
